There will be a minimum of 2 coaches - Gavin Rogers a Level 3 coach and Paul Hawkins - Ironman Bolton Podium Finisher
A three week training programme
Week 1 - 10 May 2014
Week 2 - 31 May 2014
Week 3 - 21 June 2014
Arrive at 7:45 am - ready to start at 8:00 am - finish 10:00 ish
Cost will be £90 for all three session or £45 per session
