The M:1 Wetsuit from 2XU is made of Yamamoto 38 cell double neoprene for extra durability. The underarms and shoulders are made of 2mm flexible panels so you can move with complete freedom, and the rest of the suit is made from 3mm neoprene which is designed to offer extra buoyancy.
