About Tri Suits

One-piece

Tri suits are designed to make the transition from swim to bike to run easier. They are streamlined for the swim, Padded for the bike and aerodynamic for the run. With a one-piece there is no worry that the top will ride up. These are great for short to medium distance races.

Two-piece

A two-piece tri kit can be a better option if you find you are a different size on the top and the bottom as you can mix and match tops and shorts to suit your needs. A two-piece tri kit is perfect for racing and training, you will find that it can be more versatile. It can also be preferable for longer distance races as it is easier to go to the toilet. Tri shorts are mostly made with comfortable, built-in, quick drying pads. When choosing a tri top try to get one that will cover your middle as exposed skin will get sunburnt.
