2XU's Elite Compression Alpine Socks are designed to provide advanced compression for you lower leg muscles, whilst simultaneously providing resistance to the harsh winter conditions. The socks can be worn during all manner of alpine activities, from hiking and skiing to snowboarding.

2XU's powerful compression fabric supports key areas - such as the footbed, heel and ankles - to encourage blood circulation and support key muscles in the lower leg. By 'containing' these vital muscles, soreness and fatigue is reduced. The padding is light enough to avoid that bulky feeling that comes with many winter sports socks, and avoids taking away from 'feeling' the snow. 

Warm up and recovery times also become faster with the socks' graduated fit, which also encourages blood circulation at high altitudes.
