This is designed as a one to two session that lasts about 45 minutes.
Open Water Initiation
For many of you it is your first time open water swimming and whether it is advice on sighting, managing the change for pool to open water or getting over initial fears about open water swimming this open water initiation is ideal for the first timer.
Although not your first time you are keen to improve your technique and refind your 'sighting' - swimming in a straight line! or improving your breathing. These issue are common to all open water swimmers and one session can quicken your transition to a faster more relaxed swim.
You have a challenge ahead which maybe next year and you want to start making improvements straight away
