Our return policy on Swim Buoys & Dry Bags is that they must be unused and up to 30 days after receiving the item. The reason for this policy is to avoid people using swim buoys and returning them as if they are new.

Safety Buoy
Very happy with it, The plastic seems durable and well visible, easy to carry, it can act like a bag, fast to inflate and deflate, I feel more at ease in the water with it, only snag is that strong cross wind cash push the buoy forward to be in your way so adjust the nylon strap to be straight above you. Couldn't recommend it more as its essential piece of kit for safety plus you can put your car keys in it and go swim. its well worth it.
