Orca pull buoy
I have done several swim runs with a regular pull buoy and was attracted by the Orca model mainly because of the straps which can be an issue on home made jobs. While it worked well in the swim, the larger size proved a bit of a problem on the run. Make sure that you try running with it and experiment with various ways of carrying it before you race with it. I would prefer a slightly smaller size even though I am over 6ft tall.
