The Product:
These Orca Core Bottoms are part of the two-piece SwimRun set, and have been specifically designed for competitions in warmer weather. The bottoms are designed to be worn during both the swim and the run, thus saving you valuable seconds during transition.
The design keeps water out during the swim but the Velcro which fastens both sections of the costume together allows you to remove each piece quickly in transition (if required).
The bottoms provide buoyancy for the lower trunk of each leg to help your swim style by keeping your legs on the surface of the water. However this useful factor won't limit your freedom of movement during the run.
Key Features:
- TWO-PIECE SUIT - perfect for the many women who require different sizes for their top and bottom, or simple for those who prefer this design over a one piece! A Velcro system keeps each piece in place at all times.
- MODULAR DESIGN - can be worn with other accessories in the Orca SwimRun series, such as its Arm Sleeves to keep you extra warm when swimming in the cold.
- OUTER POCKET - a convenient side pocket lets you store all manner of race essentials, such as a GPS or energy gels.
- WHISTLE - the Core suit comes with a whistle, which is mandatory for all SwimRun races, but that doesn't get in the way during your race.
