Sailfish - Unisex Flat Hand Paddles
Ideal training tool for sharpening your swimming technique
Designed to help you focus on and refine your stroke technique, these swim paddles are available in three different sizes.
They are supplied in a useful zipped pocket.
Each paddle has its size (S, M or L) and hand position (left or right) embossed on the back. The finger grips are made of extra-soft material so that you can comfortably wear them for protracted training sessions.
Hand paddles help you and/or your swimming coach pinpoint areas of your arm movement technique on which to focus as part of your quest for faster movement through the water.
