The Sub 220 suit is our ITU legal back zipped suit. It has a sleek-cut panel design for a second-skin fit and streamlined dynamics. The Aeroforce Sub 220 is designed specifically for Sprint and Olympic distances to get you racing faster than ever.

KEY FEATURES |

1. Four Fabrics are used to offer the best speed and comfort throughout the race. Each of them has a water repellent Nano coating to significantly reduce drag and help minimise water absorption during the swim.

2. Aerodynamics: A ground-breaking fabric featured on the chest and the front of the legs is designed specifically to make the suit as Aerodynamic as possible. Made in Italy, this unique dotted fabric creates turbulence in a layer of air around the body. Separation of the air is therefore delayed which results in a smaller vortex and less drag. This fabric is located in areas which usually create the most drag; our innovative design helps you to cut through the air faster with every revolution or stride.

3. Flexibility and Support: The rest of the suit is made from three different weights of Aeroforce fabric which focus on giving more support and compression to the legs and body, enhanced flexibility on the side panels and breathability on the back panels. Aeroforce is one of the most expensive performance fabrics on the market and is extremely light, durable, breathable and quick drying.

4. Glue bonding Technology is used on the only forward facing chest seam to further minimise any drag and the rest of the suit uses flat locked stitching for maximum strength and minimum discomfort against the skin.

5. Upwards zipper with cord attached to ensure the zip is not opened during the swim and for extra breathability and ventilation if required.

6. ITU legal Tri suit in terms of logo size and placement. Also, designed to allow space for Name, Country Code and Sponsors logo.

7. High quality Italian pad – A made to measure race-specific triathlon pad. Not too big and not too small. Minimising water absorption and providing vital protection during the cycling phase, without impeding your swim or run. Also, new fine-line stitching to further reduce any irritation.

8. Silicone UFO leg grippers – Newly designed leg grippers combine a soft elastic material with internal silicone. These grippers are stitched to the bottom of the leg material rather than inside to create a more comfortable fit and do a fantastic job of preventing any movement during the cycle and run.

9. Elastic Technology and binding gives a snug fit without any discomfort around the arms and neck lines. Also, new seam construction to prevent any chafing under the arm.

10. Total Zip protection – Nobody has put as much care into the inner suit protection as us. The full perimeter of the zip has been stitched with a soft fabric to prevent any sharp edges rubbing against your skin. After testing all zipper protectors we felt that an inside patch, as used by many pros, offers the best comfort and performance.

11. No pockets – Made without pockets on the back because we don’t want to slow you down! Most athletes racing Sprint or Olympic distance would choose to tape their energy bars on to their bike frame.

12. Tried, tested and worn by a number of ITU elite athletes.
