Buoyancy shorts give a more natural feeling of buoyancy compared to a pull buoy and assist swimmers in developing their swimming with extra core support. They are often worn as open water swimmers return to the pool to provide some of the buoyancy of a wetsuit.

Each set of shorts has a drawstring so they can be tightened to any waist size but we would recommend the size:
X-Small for waist sizes 26– 28,
Small for 28-32,
Medium for 32–34,
Large for 34–37,

The perfect product to help your swimming
The shorts are perfect for improving your swimming. No more pull buoy for me. Highly recommend

Great buoyancy
Very well made product, that gives great lift - felt very comfortable and delivered improvement in lift and speed. Smoother than a pull buoy, which creates a little drag, the shorts don't. Would recommend, though if for use in a non wetsuit race, I do not think they would be legal.

Zone 3 bouyancy shorts
I purchased these to eventually eliminate the use of a pull bouy and be able to use my legs to give better balance and propulsion throughout the front crawl stroke. I think the bouyancy in the shorts is equivalent to the small (childrens) pull buoy. I am 35" waist and purchased large which are perfect. They are a snugg fit and have a drawstring at the waist. Can feel quite warm after 30 minutes in the pool. It is the confidence that you need to progress so I strongly recommend this product.
