By increasing blood flow to key muscles, these tights reduce the rate of acceleration for lactic acid build up while also reducing the threat of long term injuries.
Complementing the women's specific design is a 4.5 centimetre waistband and flatlock stitching. The neat and convenient addition of an internal pocket on the front and a zipped pocket on the rear mean that storing small valuables and nutrition while you exercise is easy.
