The 3.0 features a soft, smooth upper with a Barefit liner to enable you to run sock-less. The Z-bound midsole is formed from a full-length yet lightweight, durable foam that provides optimal energy return with each stride. This technology offers extra cushioning without weighing your foot down and helps to reduce stress and fatigue, helping you run harder for longer.

A mesh upper encourages air flow and maximises breathability to avoid the build up of moisture around your foot. As well as promoting dryness and comfort, the shoes are super secure. Their asymmetrical lacing system mirrors your foot to provide a secure fit as well as reducing pressure across the top ridge of your foot.

The shoe slips on easily, so no time wasted in transition, and the quick-pull laces can be adjusted with just one hand.
