FREE coaching session with Jessica Harrison - Olypmic Triathlete
Jessica Harrison who has competed at three Olympics in Triathlon will be down at The Flash MyOpenWaterSwim on Saturday [8:00-10:00AM]. Jess will be hosting a FREE Swim Coaching session . Jessica is English and competes in France - she has competed at the last three Olympic Games so will have a few tips to share. She is also very down to earth and will spend time equally with those of you new to open water swimming
Jessica will take practical swim coaching and get in the water with you. After the swim she will be giving a presentation in the ClubHouse.
