The Albacore Range:

The Albacore Range was originally inspired by the work of US researchers in the 1950s who aimed to make the most hydrodynamic and agile submarine in the world - The Albacore. HUUB have taken this fusion of science, research and reality and used it as inspiration for their Albacore project, with a mission to develop the fastest products both in and out of the water.

The Product:

With the Albacore Trisuit, HUUB have taken the benefits of a Swimskin and a traditional trisuit in order to create a triathlon garment that is incredibly aerodynamic and fast through the water

Swimskins are fantastic alternatives to wetsuits during non-wetsuits swims that help to reduce your frontal drag and provide vital buoyancy. By combining elements of a Swimskin with a trisuit, HUUB have come up with a garment that can be worn from start to finish and that supports you throughout your race.

The fabric used to make the suit is both warp knit compressive and water resistant, with the level of compression offering both supreme comfort and balance in the water. HUUB's X-O skeleton provides structure and promotes efficiency in your swim stroke, helping you move faster through the water.

The suit has a light competition weight chamois pad and a rear zip that meets the ITU rules for National teams and Age Group championships.
