Swimming for the beginner made easy

Posted by Mark Lawrence on 1st Dec 2014

I've only learnt how to swim properly in the last 10 weeks, and have had professional training in this time frame. However, using a Pool Buoy wasn't always ideal and the best thing to use due to the restrictions it puts on your legs for a beginner, but these shorts are a great in between. I could only swim six to eight lengths prior to their arrival, but immediately completed twenty the first time I used them with ease. That's enough for my sprint triathlon, if I can't do it unaided; hopefully someone can sell me a motor for my bike :)
