Slight Shipping Delays
At the moment, we are currently experiencing slight shipping delays, especially when talking about Dryrobe products. Since we are one of the only retailers in the UK that have stock of certain Dryrobe variants, our demand has been more than what our small team was expecting. Don't worry though, we are working through it as quickly as possible!
You will receive an automated email once your order has left our warehouse, and you will be able to track it all the way to your front door.
We have to politely ask customers to give us a bit more time than expected for us to catch up!
If you are in desperate need of your product, then we have asked the warehouse to prioritise any orders that have paid for shipping.
If you're not in that much of a hurry but need your product before Christmas then don't worry! We guarantee that your product will be with you before the big day!
