As with all Moots framesets, the light Vamoots RSL is made from seamless, double-butted, cold worked tubing, slimmed down by concentrating its thickness at the weight bearing ends and using internal butting for added strength and stiffness, while the centre of the tubes remains thin. Thus, the bike has an unusually high strength to weight ratio, but remains responsive and benefits from the unique ability of titanium to absorb vibrations and road chatter.

This frame is set apart by 3D printed rear dropouts, which are crafted to again be incredibly strong yet light, with the bulk of the material being placed exactly at the weight bearing portions of each dropout, with little wastage during production. The dropouts include flat mount disc brake mounts, just right for accommodating the powerful, responsive Shimano Ultegra hydraulic brakes.
