The HUUB Alta Neoprene Buoyancy Shorts increase core stability help you develop a smooth, steady pattern for rotating your hips, and you'll soon notice the difference in your swim times.

These shorts allow you to move naturally in the water yet lift your hips and legs simultaneously to improve your posture whilst swimming. 

By replacing the need for a pull buoy, these shorts are a vital training tool that help to make your swim stroke as efficient as possible. When training in pools or open water, many swimmers use a pull-buoy between their legs to simulate the feeling of competing when wearing a wetsuit. But pull-buoys can be awkward and can affect your stroke and kick as you try to grip the buoy between your thighs.

These shorts are manufactured from high grade neoprene and are constructed using the same process HUUB uses for its award-winning wetsuits. They feature HUUB's X-O Skeleton technology, 3mm neoprene on the front and rear of the shorts, and 5mm neoprene on the legs and sides.

Buoyancy shorts give a more natural feeling of buoyancy compared to a pull buoy and the extra core support they give helps you achieve a smoother, more efficient stroke. They are often worn by open water swimmers returning to the pool to provide some of the buoyancy of a wetsuit.
