The Anemoi project has resulted in proven aerodynamic and effective time-saving products. The Anemoi+ is an incredibly fast suit, but this is only one development of a long-term project.

The suit is the result the first fruits of HUUB's thirst to continue digging into the world of cycling aerodynamics, utilising what it finds to progress the development of its products, and continually bring faster products to you.

Fully-bonded seams save an extra 4 watts

The Anemoi+ features fully bonded seams for improved wind cheating performance. Designed, enhanced and tested in conjunction with aerodynamicist and cyclist Dan Bigham of the HUUB Wattbike Test Team. Dan combines his extensive knowledge of aerodynamics and cycling to understand what makes a triathlete faster.

Utilising the facilities of its world-class local Derby Arena velodrome and the Vorteq cycling-specific wind tunnel in Northampton, HUUB's technicians used a highly refined bespoke aerodynamic test system, testing the Anemoi+ on a broad range of athletes. These trials saw wearers achieve an average saving of 4 watts compared to the standard Anemoi Tri Suit, thanks to the fully bonded seams.

Neoprene trip technology

The aerodynamics of clothing has a significant impact on a rider’s performance. Around 80% of all aerodynamic drag is purely the rider. By manipulation of the boundary layer, the Anemoi Tri Suit will save you an average of 18 valuable watts, achieved from the patent-pending Neoprene Trip Technology, aero design, and fully bonded seams.

'Arms Neutral' cut

We have created an Arms Neutral™ position to reduce the typical maximum stretch cycle for swim comfort and also to provide aero efficiency on the bike.
