Starting with an iconic jump from the end of Eastbourne Pier, IronBourne has become established as one of the top long-distance triathlon events in the country, described by competitors as a "must-do, bucket-list event". IronBourne features both long (iron) and middle (70.3) distance triathlons as well as aquabike and relay options. For the first time in 2023, the event will also feature a 26.2-mile marathon run.
