The Openwater Core Swimskin is the ideal piece of kit to help you swim safely in warm waters without sacrificing the benefits of a wetsuit - or in events when wetsuits aren't allowed.

This swim skin is highly visible in the water, flexible in the shoulders and keeps your torso buoyant.

It's an option favoured by many experienced triathletes because they aren't penalised by having to swim in their regular trisuit.

GARMENT BENEFITS

Comfort: The suit's pattern provides better comfort, and with its high-elasticity materials it allows you to swim unhindered. In addition, the sleeveless and short design allows you to put the suit on and remove it with ease.
Visibility: The high-visibility orange panels make you easily recognizable while swimming even from a great distance, on both cloudy and sunny days.
Flexibility: For more flexibility in all phases of the swim stroke, Yamamoto 39 neoprene is used together with 2mm Infinityskin high-end lining. This material has high levels of elasticity that allows it to be used in different areas of mid-range wetsuits. This material requires between 45% and 35% less force to stretch than conventional neoprene.
Fights muscle fatigue: The compressive material supports your muscles, and so helps you fight off fatigue for longer.
