By raising the front tyre of your training bike just over an inch (2.8cm) off the ground, you can always be sure of keeping your set-up completely level.

It's small enough to carry with you as part of your pre-race training/warm-up equipment, so you can get yourself properly warmed up for the challenges ahead.

The bag which comes with this block also has room for a few other race essentials, such as your dongle or training skewer.

About Saris

Saris hails from bike-crazy Madison, Wisconsin. From its roots in making curtain rods, the Graber brothers sold their company, then came up with their first bike rack. They sold lots of racks under the Graber name and then sold the company. New owners introduced a high end brand of bike rack in the early 1990s, renaming them 'Saris'.

Today Saris supplies its products to 30 countries, having acquired the Cycleops bike trainer brand, then setting out to improve on the design. In 2002 they debuted the world’s first progressive resistance magnetic trainer.
