Chamois Butt'r prevents the uncomfortable rubbing and chafing that most cyclists experience after a few hours of sitting on their saddles.

Chamois Butt'r is a non-greasy skin lubricant that improves riding comfort. It washes off your skin and out of your shorts easily with soap and water, and leaves your skin feeling better after you use it.

It's easy to apply - you simply put 1/6 to 1/3 ounce of Chamois Butt'r either on your skin or on the pad of your shorts, whichever place you prefer, before you put your shorts on. 

Chamois Butt'r is made for cyclists to use with the padded part of cycling shorts (known as a chamois), but it will protect your skin in any areas that experience friction (such as thighs, armpits, toes, nipples, and more).

You can apply it directly to your skin and/or cycling shorts before each ride to avoid chafing. Re-apply as needed anywhere you experience chafing to maintain healthy skin.

All Chamois Butt’r products are safe for both women and men, but 'Her’ has been made specifically for women’s more neutral skin pH by a female sports medicine physician in cooperation with professional women cyclists.

About Chamois Butt'r

Chamois Butt’r was developed in 1988 by physical therapist and cyclist Steve Mathews, in collaboration with pro cyclists, physicians and chemists. Its men- and women-specific products are both non-greasy skin lubricants developed to improve riding comfort. They are all paraben-free, gluten-free and contain no artificial colours or fragrances.
