 Featuring a cuff fabric that was first introduced in the RS Winter Bib Tights S9, these booties act as a complete barrier against any freezing conditions. The foot is wrapped in an insulating neoprene and a reinforced sole uses abrasion-resistant, high-grip panels that are ideal for walking or pushing your bike when conditions demand it.

CONSTRUCTION/FIT
