The EQUIPE RS Ultraz 3/3 Jacket S11 is the ultimate jacket for winter riding with uncompromising performance, even in the coldest, harshest riding conditions. Designed for high-intensity training and racing. In collaboration with WorldTour athletes, it's been designed inside and out to deliver maximum protection, warmth and breathability in a second-skin like fit.

Whether worn as a standalone outer layer for most winter rides or as a breathable mid-layer, the Ultraz is made to be adaptable depending on your demands of every single ride. Every textile is strategically placed for on-bike function, shielding your leading edge from icy wind and road spray. the best part? It still prioritises breathability in the less exposed areas, allowing for true comfort. 

The new DIAMOND Medium softshell replaces the previous SPHERE fabric, offering improved elasticity, stormproof protection and aerodynamic efficiency. Paired with ZigZaggy foam sleeves, OSMOS Heavy thermal panels and a new LITHIUM Medium internal gilet, the Ultraz delivers targeted insulation with dynamic temperature regulation - even during the hard effort rides. With integrated Diffusor valves that manage airflow, overheating will be a thing of the past, keeping your microclimate stable and dry. 

FEATURED FABRICS

• A proprietary softshell called DIAMOND medium provides thermoregulating backing and stormproof protection whilst retaining that second-skin elasticity that is beloved within the Assos family.
• The insulation is grid-textured and breathable thanks to the LITHIUM Medium that maintains warmth whilst actively expelling moisture. 
• A 3-layer softshell with plush lining and high stretch, wrapping the arms in muscle-supportive comfort.
• A textile called OSMOS Heavy, the warmest Assos textile by far, finds the fine balance between insulation and breathability on the back panel.

CONSTRUCTION/FIT

• WorldTour-inspired second-skin silhouette for aerodynamic compression and stability known as AEPD 11 racingFit.
• Seamless triple-pocket design with STABILIZER V11 paneling to secure contents and resist road spray.

ENGINEERING

• Keeping the chest warm, even when the outer shell is unzipped, is the intraBooster, integrated into the gilet seamlessly! 
• valveTec Diffusor offers dual ventilation valves on the shoulders that regulate airflow and prevent overheating during intense efforts.
• As part of its key design, Assos wanted to offer the flexibility of layering, with it functioning as both a protective outer layer and amid-layer in extreme sub-zero conditions.
