The GT Shell Pants S11 excel at both – and they also block windchill and preserve internal warmth with light insulation.

The S11 generation extends coverage to your shoe covers with a lower-leg wrap of the new AVANTGARDE material, which is an elastic, fully coated barrier against road spray, singletrack muck, and sticky grit from damp gravel.

The main textile, CORE Light softshell, is also water-repellent, and it’s breathable and stretchy enough to layer over everything from summer shorts for surprise showers to winter tights when conditions are at their absolute worst.

As conditions change or for convenience while bikepacking or touring, zippered ankles let you pull on or remove the GT Shell Pants S11 without removing your shoes or shoe covers.
