Open Water Swim

Twilight Swim @ Pennington Flash
Set The Flash alight with a Twilight swim on Saturday 10 May from 8pm
All swimmers will be given a glow stick to wear whilst out in the water. The 400m course will be open and of course you can swim as many laps as you want
After the swim there will be hot food and a hot drink and the bar will also be open
You can purchase your tickets at the Flash on Monday or Thursday or on line at My Triathlon
