The biggest thing about shopping with smaller retailers is the more personal touch that larger retailers simply can’t give. The magic of My Triathlon is that every single order gets manually looked after. Every customer gets that care that many larger retailers can only dream of giving. Any issues at all, you can contact us and we will provide a solution to the best of abilities.
Likewise, we offer a place for customers to come in and try on any product they may desire! With most products being in stock at all times within our warehouse, even if you’re not sure what size wetsuit you may need for example, our experts will happily help you find your true fit, no matter what the product may be.
We also keep you updated every step of the way no matter how big or small the order is! Whether it’s a £5 order of a £500 order, you will know exactly where your order is at all times! And, if you’re in doubt, you can reach us via any of your preferred methods.
