In response to repeated requests from those athletes, Compressport set its design team to work on crafting a light, waterproof trail jacket which would meet the exacting requirements of ultra-trail equipment lists whilst allowing them to perform at the highest level.

The result is the lightest fully-waterproof layer on the market today: 105 grams of protective, four-way stretch material which fits weightlessly to any body shape - and over a backpack - whilst guaranteeing total freedom of movement.

In line with Compessport standards, the design is minimalist, streamlined and above all efficient: all seams are waterproofed while the Raglan sleeves are extra-fitted on the forearms to ensure no excess material gets in the way of trees, poles or aerodynamics.

The close-fitting hood keeps your head protected without obstructing your view and the ergonomic, self-blocking diagonal zip opens easily for quick removal once the clouds disperse. Then, you can simply roll the jacket up and pack it into your smallest pocket.
