Designed for the Total Swimmer, it combines buoyancy and flexibility in order to achieve a correct position in the water, improving your hydrodynamics. The Sonar gives you the confidence you need to push a little further.
Maximum Buoyancy With the Sonar you get 30% more buoyancy and it will help you maintain a horizontal and elevated position for longer thanks to the Aerodome technology in the men's model and the targeted buoyancy, adapted to the shape of a woman's body, in the women's version. Maximum Support CLS technology supports your abdomen, preventing twisting, and when combined with Aerodome, it will help you maintain correct positioning in your lower body. Longer Strokes Thanks to the 1.5 mm Yamamoto 39 panels and inner Super Stretch lining, you will notice an increase in your stroke distance.

Superb
I spent a few months trying wetsuits before buying this one. I found women’s wetsuits just didn’t fit - the sizing wasn’t right for me across several brands. Orca have a wider range of sizes and a men’s suit fits my shape so much better. This one is a delight to swim in - great buoyancy and flexibility, I already feel faster through the water. The neckline is low and comfortable. My previous wetsuit was an Orca and in my opinion it is worth spending a little more for the quality and fit

Orca Sonar 2020
Firstly - incredible service by MyTriathlon. Ordered 3pm Monday and had the suit by lunchtime Tuesday and delivery was free!!! I needed to replace my Orca Alpha and decided to opt for the cheaper Sonar in the range based on it's glowing reviews. I was not disappointed. Fantastic quality and the durability (although not proven long term) seems far better than the Alpha. I'm a neutral swimmer but the little extra leg buoyancy provided by the Sonar certainly helps to keep some energy in reserve for a strong finish. I'm currently doing around 10km per week in openwater so the suit will be put through it's paces. Packed with high-end tech at a mid-range price.

Orca Soner 2020
First let me say that the product, once I got the right size, is fantastic. It definitely improves my swim. Love it, and on its own, I’d give it 5 stars. However, the size chart was 2 sizes out for me. My height, weight & chest size dictated that I should have an 8. So I purchased and it was delivered promptly. However, I tried it on and the crutch came not far above my knees. Oh dear. I phoned My Triathlon and discovered the depot was only 30 minutes away. They allowed my to personally return the product and try on larger sizes. This was great and I ended up with a 10. This is just my experience and for some people it might be ok. The suit is fantastic and My Triathlon were really helpful, just don’t trust the size guide.
