Brilliant
Extremely fast delivery. I swear by saltsticks. I am keto so had discovered these and they have transformed my endurance ability. Even when I allow myself some glucose to train, I find these the most effective supplements. Also great for hangovers!

A must for hot weather
Bought these for a half marathon that I was running in the heat. They are great, really give a boost, taste like sherbert, easy to eat. Won’t do a long run without them now. Packaging is different to image - in a small resealable packet. Take one every 15 minutes of running.

Amazing product!!
I've tried a number of different electrolyte products now, but none of them have been as easy as these fast chews when out on a run. Could not recommend them more!
