Easy Returns

Return Policy

 

Christmas Refund Policy:

Items brought in November and December can be returned for a refund up until the 31st of January. 

This only applied to items with no more than a 20% discount applied. Our 90 day return policy for exchanges and store credit is unaffected. 

Return Process:

You must complete the online returns request (found in my account - order). If you did not make an account when ordering, please use the email address you used to checkout with and do forgot password, this will then create you an account and link all previous orders made under that email address. Our warehouse will be unable to process your return if this has not been completed. 

1.  Sign into your account using your username and password. If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it.
2.  Go into your completed order and press ‘RETURNS’. Explain what you want us to do e.g exchange for a smaller size.
3.  Send the parcel back to us including your original paperwork and your new returns number which is found in your account section after the online form has been submitted. Please fill in the return form with your order number, reason for return and action to be taken.

If you have an order status such as ‘cancelled’ or "partially shipped", you will be unable to create a return request. Instead, please email us on info@mytriathlon.co.uk with your intentions.

Return for Exchange:

If you are returning for an exchange you have 90 days from the date the item was shipped out by us to return it back to us.

Our warehouse will be unable to exchange your item if this has not been completed. 

All goods must be returned unused with all original packaging and labels still attached in order to be exchanged.

Return postage is at the customers cost, we do not offer any refund or return labels.

Please note that any price changes within products will require the additional payment if you wish to exchange your item. You will be contacted via an email which will include a link for this payment to be completed.

Return for Refund:

To receive a full cash refund, the online return form must be filled out within 14 days of the order being shipped from our warehouse. The return must be received by our warehouse within 14 days of the online form being completed.

Our warehouse will be unable to process your return if this has not been completed. 

If the item is returned after 14 days of the return request being made then your order will be refunded as a store credit.

Returns notified or received outside of the 14 day window will be refunded with store credit or cash at our discretion.

Return postage is at the customers cost, we do not offer any refund or return labels.

Faulty Product:

If a product is faulty on arrival you must take photos of the fault straight away & complete the returns form on-line detailing why the product is faulty and return within 30 days. You will have several choices: -
A replacement will normally be sent as soon as we receive the goods back and the on-line returns form has been completed.
A Store credit will normally be applied if we do not have a replacement in stock.
If a product is covered by warranty we can either offer a replacement or a store credit as a refund.

Return your Ex Rental Wetsuit:

Ex Rental wetsuits must be checked on receipt.

Any damage must be reported by telephone and email to orders@mytriathlon.co.uk within 48 hours and then returned within 4 working days.

Once this period has passed the wetsuit is non returnable. If we receive the wetsuit and a refund is sought, we reserve the right to offer a refund after deducting a charge for the rental of the wetsuit and the time it takes for the wetsuit to be returned.

Please note that a 2-hire wetsuit will already have some minor damage that would have already been repaired.

We do not return postage on Ex Rental Wetsuits

Returning Swimskins:

Occasionally swimskins are purchased as an insurance policy. Usually our standard returns period will apply however is they are not return for a size exchange, any refund will be in the form of 75% store credit, effectively making a 25% rental fee.

 

Product Exclusions

There are some exclusions to our Returns Policy, as detailed below:

  • Nutritional products or those with a best before date.
  • GPS systems, such as sports watches or cycle computers, can only be returned if unregistered.
  • Electronic products can only be returned in original packaging, sealed and unregistered.
  • For hygiene reasons, any intimate garments, such as underwear and swimsuits, can only be returned if the items are unworn (with protective packaging intact).
  • Gift cards cannot be returned.

Please note, MyTriathlon reserves the right to refuse a return if we believe the purpose was for stock trading/reselling and not personal use.

 

Returning Multiple Items: 

If 4 or more items are ordered, and more than 50% of these items are returned an admin fee of £5 per item returned will be deducted from the refund

We encourage customers to try products that they maybe unfamiliar with. We are then happy to exchange for a different size or colour as we usually carry the full range. If however a customer places more than two orders returns them all for full refunds and hasn't paid for shipping, then on the third order that is returned for a full refund we will deduct a shipping charge
